On April 2nd, our students will head downtown for an exciting day of exploration at Ripley's Aquarium of Canada and the CN Tower.
Students will begin their adventure at Ripley’s Aquarium, home to over 20,000 sea creatures, where they will explore incredible underwater exhibits and walk through the famous underwater tunnel as sharks, rays, and tropical fish swim overhead. After exploring the aquarium, students will enjoy lunch from the aquarium café using their food voucher, which can be used toward pizza, chicken fingers, hot dog or a salad with their choice of side and a drink.
Following lunch, we will head next door to the CN Tower for a ride up the high-speed glass elevators to the 346-metre (1,136-foot) observation level, where students will experience incredible views of the city and even have the chance to step onto the famous glass floor.
Thanks to our recent fundraising efforts, this trip is fully covered for all students, including bus transportation, admission to both attractions, snacks and water for the bus rides and their lunch voucher. The bus will depart the school promptly at 9:00 AM and return around 5:00 PM.
We are also welcoming parent volunteers to join us for the day. There will be no cap on volunteers, though all attending adults will be responsible for purchasing their own admission at $60 for both attractions and optional food voucher at $15.
